THE
SCIENCE BEHIND FLIGHT - FLIGHT MANEUVERING |
|
Remember, yaw is the displacement of
the tail of the aircraft. The pilot uses the rudder to yaw the aircraft
left or right by stepping on the left or right rudder pedal. To move
the aircraft nose to the right, the pilot steps on the right rudder
pedal which deflects the rudder to the right. |
