Peter Requa is the Senior Director of Supply Chain-Technical Operations at Southwest Airlines, where he leads a team of over 120 people, including senior managers, managers and staff, responsible for $1.1 billion in annual spending. The team also plans and distributes $500 million in aircraft inventory into 1.1 million bins throughout Southwest’s network. Previously, he was Director of Supply Chain Management at Southwest. Before joining Southwest, he held leadership positions at United, Reno Air, and Air Tran.
Harley Moulder is the Maintenance Planning Demand Management Manager at Southwest Airlines, where he specializes in data driven approaches using quantitative methods to support decision making processes across departments. Prior to assuming this role, he held numerous positions at Southwest Airlines and Mesaba Airlines, and served as an avionics supervisor in the United States Navy.
