James Kwasny is a captain at American Airlines, and served as the LOSA/LIT program manager for the Allied Pilots Association (APA). In his role at APA, he helped found the Learning and Improvement Team at American. He also served as the Director of North American Operations for the LOSA Collaborative for ten years, and is the CEO of Verity Aviation, a consulting company. James is a graduate of the US Air Force Academy.
