SOLVING
A SYSTEM OF EQUATIONS WITH TWO UNKNOWNS |

Let’s solve for x & y
when the two equations are:
- 2x + 3y = 19
- 5x + 2y = 20
Multiply the top equation by 5 and the bottom
equation by -2 so when you add the two equations, the x terms drop
out.
