Two more changes to the cannon example bring it even closer in its
analogy to a rocket.
Imagine you have bolted the cannon on a train car on rails along with
a huge pile of cannon balls.
Imagine that the pile of cannon balls has a much greater mass than
the cannon and train car combined.
The cannon starts firing continuously (no time interval) and the cannon,
now bolted to the train car, starts to move them both.
