INTRODUCTION |
|
The Control and Design Standards segment looks at the primary elements
of contamination control, and defines two of the most critical factors
concerning Cleanroom operations: Air Cleanliness Classes and Surface
Cleanliness Levels.
The material presented in this topic will also allow you to distinguish
between particulate matter and non-volatile residue (NVR), and to compare
the physical characteristics of the various types of Cleanrooms you
may encounter during your career.
