CONTROL & DESIGN
STANDARDS: GARMENTS |
|
Despite these precautions, particle entry
from the outside must be further prevented by maintaining positive air
pressure in the cleanroom itself. Whenever any cleanroom doors are opened,
air will flow in only one direction: from the higher-pressure cleanroom,
to the outer, more contaminated areas. The pressure can be adjusted via
the air handling system and if specific pressure tolerances must be maintained,
an airlock can be added to the cleanroom layout. |
